What is Boxify FB Live?

Boxify FB Live is a social-commerce system for sellers. It brings Facebook and Instagram comment selling together with order management, products and stock, checkout, fulfilment and customer-service tools.

Does Boxify capture Facebook and Instagram comments?

Yes. Boxify supports product-keyword comment capture from Facebook and Instagram live streams, posts and photo albums. Buyers comment with a keyword and quantity, and the system captures the matching order.

Can I use Boxify for WhatsApp selling?

You can use WhatsApp conversations to share your Boxify webstore and checkout links with buyers, then organise orders in Boxify. Speak to our team about the WhatsApp workflow you need; this is different from Facebook and Instagram comment capture.

How does the AI customer service bot work?

Boxify’s GPT-powered assistant replies to Facebook and Instagram customer messages using your instructions and a connected OpenAI API key. You define its content, tone, guardrails and when a conversation should be handed to a person.

Can I use ChatGPT or my favourite LLM with Boxify?

Boxify uses OpenAI GPT for customer service. For store insights, AI Connect lets compatible remote-MCP clients, such as Claude or Codex, read authorised order, customer, sales and stock data. ChatGPT connector availability depends on the client and account; check the current AI Connect guide. The published integration is read-only: it does not create, edit or cancel orders.

What happens to my data when I connect an AI assistant?

AI Connect requires permission from your store owner. Data used to answer your question is shared with the AI provider you connect. Review the provider’s terms, Boxify’s Privacy Policy and the AI Connect guide before granting access.
